The Stone Roses- 2 Albums

I posted a link to a Stone Roses album a long time ago. it's long since died.
So here are 2 of their albums. Go get 'em. Especially the self titled one.

The Stone Roses: "s/t"
The Stone Roses: "Second Coming"

Fiery Furnaces- Two Albums

They're a hard band to describe, but i'll give it a shot:
Imagine The Unicorns, but with better voices and songs that are 10 minutes long.
There, that wasn't too painful right?
I think if they took all there ideas and edited them more, they'd be a much better band. But they're still pretty swell.

The Fiery Furnaces: "Blueberry Boat"
The Fiery Furnaces: "Gallowsbird's Bark"

Deerhoof- DISCOGRAPHY

Okay, i'm not completely sure this is a complete discography. I know that they have a ton of albums out there.
But there are a ton of albums in this open dir to be downloaded. I can't forsee them having more than this. It even has 7"'s and EPs.

Rather than posting each album individually, just go the the directory and see for yourself.

Deerhoof: Discography!

Black Sabbath- Paranoid

Ummmmmmm. yeah. exactly.

Black Sabbath: "Paranoid"

The Germs- Complete Anthology

Raw, underproduced punk rock.
Gotta love a band that has a member named Pat Smear. That makes me laugh every time i say it.

The Germs: "Complete Anthology"

Howard Stern- 9/11/01 Broadcast

Anybody that knows me personally is aware of the fact that i'm fairly obsessed with Howard Stern. I've been listening to him since i was 12 (1992), and pretty much never miss his show.
I've followed him to Sirius Satellite, much like nearly 4 million other listeners. I must say, he is in absolutely top form now. He's been on the air for over 20 years now, but he is in his prime RIGHT NOW! Can you believe that?
I will defend him to the death. Whenever another broadcaster, radio conglomerate, or individual attacks him in any way, I take it personally. He is a god and can do no wrong.

Any superfan will tell you that his broadcast on the day of 9/11/01 is a classic show. After the planes crashed into the WTC, he stayed on the air and did a full 4 hour show. His immediate insight into what was going on was unparalleled by any other news coverage on that day.
Today, I present that entire show...commercial free.

Enjoy!

Guns 'n Roses- Appetite for Destruction

I think it's safe to say that every US citizen between the ages of 20 to 40 has this album completely internalized at this point.

Guns 'n Roses: "Appetite for Destruction"

Beat Happening- Jamboree

One of those bands i keep meaning to give more of a shot. I've heard a couple of their albums. i like them, but they didn't hit me as hard as they hit other people. I definitely need to give them more of a go. Maybe today will be the day...

Beat Happening: "Jamboree"

Sufjan Stevens - Illinois

The greatest album of all time? Maybe. Only time will tell.
I've given enough praise to this album. Just listen to it already.

Sufjan Stevens: "(Come On Feel the) Illinois"

Kings of Leon- Aha Shake Heartbreak

I'm honestly not all that into them. But they have some solid songs on here.
